Welcome to The Penthouse, tucked away in a highly desirable, quiet area. The Penthouse is a part of a gated property, with off road private parking and roof top terrace overlooking Victoria Park and the Southport coast. The Penthouse offers a huge lounge with revealed beams and is furnished with luxury sofas, smart TV and large dining table with views overlooking Victoria Park and the beach. There are 3 bedrooms, A spacious master bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite and a cozy double next to the family bathroom - all have ample hanging space and storage. For guests with small children travel cots can be provided on request, subject to availability. The apartment also has a small selection of toys, books and board games. Beach House - East Lodge 1 Bed Apartment

Lovely ground floor apartment. The front door leads you into a light hallway, off the to the right is your Jack & Jill bathroom which links through to your bedroom. At the end of the hall is a fitted kitchen with integrated washer, dishwasher fridge & freezer and selection of crockery & utensils for you to use. Past the kitchen is your lounge with 2 four seater sofas, dining table with four chairs, smart TV, soft lighting, nest of table and patio doors leading through to the garden. East Lodge is a lower ground floor apartment with no stairs for access. Making it accessible for guest with mobility issues. For guests with small children we can provide  travel cots on request subject to availability and bedding if required.
