The Penthouse is a part of a gated property with off road private parking and a lovely balcony view overlooking Victoria Park and the Southport coast where you can also sit and enjoy a bottle of wine under the starlight sky. The penthouse offers a huge lounge with revealed beams and is furnished with luxury sofas smart TV and dining table with views over overlooking Victoria Park and the beach. There are 3 bedrooms and the master bedrooms is expremely spacious with ample hanging and storage a well fitted out bathroom. East Lodge is a lower ground floor apartment with no stairs for access to or within the apartment. so will suit elderly guest who struggle with stairs.
